Really delicious high end restaurant that is dog friendly. The menu choice was so good. It was so hard to decide as it all looked delicious. The food did not disappoint. I think the muscles were the nicest I have tasted. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us while we were on holiday to a restaurant as nice as this. What's not to love?!?

The Cove is under new ownership from the beginning of February 2025 and we loved it! Bright, cheery and stylish interiors and outstandingly good food. They’ve only been open for a week and we look forward to returning often. And what a welcome bar for dogs!

We returned to the Cove last Friday after 2 years, our absence followed awful service by the previous owners. I am delighted to say we were absolutely blown away by the menu and the outstanding quality of food - so much so we asked to meet the Chef - lovely guy.Go you really will not find better in Cornwall - pricing very good too

I recently visited The Cove in Maenporth, Cornwall, for a special Mother’s Day outing, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Having eaten all over the world, I can safely say the food was nothing short of exceptional—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and presented with care. Every dish felt like a treat, making it the perfect way to celebrate such a meaningful day. The service was equally impressive, with staff who were attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. My mum, who I wanted to spoil, was over the moon with the whole affair—she felt truly appreciated, and that made the day even more special for both of us. The stunning coastal setting only added to the magic. If you’re looking for a spot that combines outstanding cuisine, top-notch service, and a touch of luxury, The Cove is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

I had the tastiest meal I've had anywhere in a long time. I just wanted to savour every mouthful of my easter sunday lunch. The flavours were amazing... Who would have thought that a salmon, rhubarb and celeriac espuma would work, but it was a revelation. It felt like I was eating in a Michelin starred restaurant but the prices were way more affordable. I'll be back for another meal before my holiday ends, and I'd definitely recommend this restaurant, even if you need to travel a bit to get to it. Amazing food, beautiful views and friendly welcoming service

We just had a lovely Sunday lunch. The food was absolutely fantastic, the service was second to none. Nothing was to much trouble.The manager "Will " is very attentive and very welcoming.We will definitely return . Fabulous
